Installing and Operating condition:

Please put the machine onto worktable when you open the package, (The height and installing dimension chart of worktable reference to attached P2 chart )

Please keep some workspace form other objects in three sides besides the back. The stand must be steady. Since the printing quality of specimen is easy to influenced by the environment, when the machine works, the temperature requires 23 centigrade to 27 centigrade, the humidity requires 60 percent to 70 percent.

Note: Instrument itself does not have the special request to the temperature and the humidity.

Operation method

1Specimen printing                                         

Get through the electricity, when the switch shows red light, the machines can begin to work in order. Reference to figure P2, to operate as below:  

A. Choose the stampings speed:                                             

This instrument five stampings speed, according to need, gyrates the turn switch to request the speed the files position stamping speed. 

B. Inking uniform ink:                                                     

Measured the printing ink, evenly to spread on the rubber roller as far as possible, according the axial direction, (Pulls according to the request ink quality the inking to measure 0.5CC generally, two sections of rollers each section of 0.25CC, four sections of rollers each section is 0.1 CC).Turns on switch (9),regulates the pressure-regulating valve(13),causes the gauge hand in 0.5Mpa, turns on the uniform ink switch(the uniform ink switch for the low speed and high speed two grades, initial uniform ink and clean, may use the low speed), pressurizes the handle to pull the uniform ink direction. (Upper use the roller then pulls the roller to pressurize the handle (12),under use roller then pulls the roller pressurize the handle(14). When initial uniform use a high speed one minute, then turn off the switch. (Note: the stamping bowl is unable to revolve if doesn't turn off the switch). Adds the stamp to the stamping direction, the rubber roller will carry over the stamping bowl. 

C. Prepare the paper:
